One Step Alkali™

This product accomplishes cleaning in one simple step! It is specially formulated to work as a detergent as well as an acid, so it not only removes proteinaceous soil but is also designed to prevent and remove mineral deposits. By cutting out the acid step we can save both time and money on chemical and rinse water and move directly to sanitization.

AcidiShine

AcidiShine™

This speciality PAA product is unlike anything on the market! It is both a cleaner and a sanitizer, and helps the customer achieve up to a 6 log kill, whereas most PAA products can only achieve about 1.2 log. Acidishine, unlike any other PAA product, can be dosed and monitored using conductivity. This product can be used at temperatures as low as 40F and has EPA approved claims against biofilms.

RenaDry™

This brand new, patent pending product promotes faster drying for better stamping quality in egg wash facilities! Deemed GRAS per the FDA, it is formulated only with food product contact approved materials. RenaDryTM promotes drying in eggs immediately after wash and helps lead to extremely low dirty return numbers – up to 25% less!

This product provides a new approach to CIP cleaning with an acid-based detergent, combining the acid and alkali steps into one.
